What's Included:
- Approximately 100-110 lbs of our USDA Prime, Dry-Aged Angus Beef.
- Individually vacuum-sealed for freshness and convenience.
- When you place your order, the process begins and takes about 3-4 weeks from start to finish. This includes 15-day dry aging.
- A family member will be in contact with you about your delivery date!
Cut Information:
Your beef will be cut according to our standard cut sheet (see above) with some flexibility for your preferences. Each animal varies slightly in size, so there may be minor differences in the exact cut quantities and/or weights.
Our cut sheet provides a well-rounded selection of beef cuts. A quarter cow does not offer many customizations but if you have any specific requests please make a note at checkout and a family member will be in contact with you to discuss what we can do. We're here to help!
