Our flat prices include everything from the beef itself to harvesting, butchering, dry-aging, and local delivery.

Once you place your order, we’ll take care of scheduling your harvest day, writing your cut sheet, and animal drop off. If you're local to Austin, TX, we'll even deliver it right to your freezer for you.
