What started as a leap of faith has grown into a family-run ranching business where they raise clean, local beef for American families—while also teaching their three daughters the values of entrepreneurship, stewardship, and living with purpose.

The powerhouse duo behind the daily operations at Elkins Cattle Co. In the summer of 2024, Kaitlyn left her career in banking to become COO, and Ariana soon followed as Head of Customer Experience. From marketing and order fulfillment to customer care, they handle it all—blending Kaitlyn’s strategic, creative thinking with Ariana’s natural gift for connecting with people. Together, they’re growing the family business while learning firsthand from their dad what it means to lead with purpose and serve their community well.

We are a family first, doing what we love daily regardless of distractions. We strive to preserve a way of life that values community, clean nutrition, and life's most often overlooked past time, a family dinner.
