Pickup & Shipping:
Our family ships out orders every Monday/Tuesday. The order cut off date for same week delivery is the Sunday before noon.
Boxes ship with dry ice, which sublimates within 12 hours to keep meats frozen in transit. Our superior packaging and use of dry ice means meats can stay frozen 48-92 hours if they hit any delays.
We use UPS for all deliveries. We ship beef boxes using next-day or 2nd-day air to ensure it stays frozen in the case of potential delays.
Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking once your box is scanned and gets on the first truck.
