our herd

  • No. Our beef is not treated with antibiotics or hormones as part of regular management. However, in the rare case that an animal becomes sick and is suffering, we may use antibiotics to help treat it and ensure the animal’s well-being. Importantly, any animal that is treated with antibiotics is not harvested for use in our products, ensuring that only healthy, untreated animals make it to market.

  • Yes, all our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 15 days by our incredible partners at a local, highly trusted family-owned processor.

  • All the beef harvested for market is USDA Prime grade, ensuring the highest quality and tenderness. We are committed to providing our customers with premium beef that meets the highest standards for marbling, flavor, and overall quality.

  • We are not certified organic. When you are not certified organic, legally you cannot use the word organic. However, we are producing a 100% all-natural product. We raise beef that we believe to be the very best quality and feel strong enough to feed our own family.

To us, knowing your farmer holds much more power than any certification these days. We consider our standards to be superior than organic since our livestock is raised outdoors.

  • We do not, nor do we plan to, use mRNA’s on our herd. We pride ourselves on intervening as little as possible by raising livestock dependent on the environment rather pharmaceuticals.
