SHIPPING

  • We ship orders every other Monday and Tuesday with an estimated delivery date to your front door within 1-2 days. Once your package is scanned, you will receive a UPS tracking number(s) via email to track your order at any time.

  • We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States. At this time, we cannot ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

  • The order deadline for same week-delivery is Sunday at midnight. However, since we currently ship every other week, it must also line up with our shipping schedule.

  • Our meat is vacuum sealed, frozen, and shipped with plenty of dry ice in an insulated box liner.

Our quick transit time and careful packaging ensures your order arrives at your door frozen and fresh.

  • As a family-owned company, everything we do is currently out of our own home and by our own hands. Therefore, we ship every other Monday & Tuesday. So depending on our shipping schedule for that week, if you place your order by Sunday night, it will either go out that Mon/Tue or the following.

  • No need to be home for delivery. A signature is not required; however, we do suggest unloading your beef into the freezer as soon as possible to ensure it stays frozen and fresh.

  • We do everything in our power to ensure your beef arrives as fresh as possible. However, there are circumstances that can affect transit time that are beyond our control like extreme weather conditions.

In the rare event your order is completely thawed upon arrival, we will gladly send you another shipment, on us. Thank you for your patience in advance.

  • Of course! Our ranch is in Lampasas, TX; however, we have family in both Driftwood and Dallas, TX. If you are local to any of these three zip codes, mark your order as pick up at checkout and let us know from which.

All our meat is stored at our Lampasas location; therefore, please allow us time to get your order to the specified zip code. A team member will contact you to plan a pick up time accordingly once your order is placed.

our herd

  • No. Our beef is not treated with antibiotics or hormones as part of regular management. However, in the rare case that an animal becomes sick and is suffering, we may use antibiotics to help treat it and ensure the animal’s well-being. Importantly, any animal that is treated with antibiotics is not harvested for use in our products, ensuring that only healthy, untreated animals make it to market.

  • Yes, all our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 15 days by our incredible partners at a local, highly trusted family-owned processor.

  • All the beef harvested for our products is Prime grade, ensuring the highest quality and tenderness. We are committed to providing our customers with premium beef that meets the highest standards for marbling, flavor, and overall quality.

  • We are not certified organic. When you are not certified organic, legally you cannot use the word organic. However, we are producing 100% all-natural product. We raise beef that we believe to be the very best quality and feel strong enough to feed our own family.

To us, knowing your farmer holds much more power than any certification these days. We consider our standards to be superior than organic since our livestock is raised outdoors.

  • We do not, nor do we plan to, use mRNA’s on our herd. We pride ourselves on intervening as little as possible by raising livestock dependent on the environment rather pharmaceuticals.
