Unlike grocery store alternatives, our beef is all natural, pasture-raised just how it should be. We never use hormones, steroids, MRNAs, etc. on our animals. Our family is passionate about fighting the flaws of mass meat production within the USA.

All of our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 15 days. Dry aging beef allows moisture to evaporate from the meat resulting in countless benefits including more concentrated flavor and improved tenderness.
