Shipping policy

We ship our beef boxes to all 48 continental U.S. states. Orders are shipped frozen via UPS every Monday and typically arrive within 48 hours of leaving the ranch. Each box is insulated and packed with dry ice to ensure your beef arrives frozen, but please plan to be home the week of delivery to move your beef into the freezer as soon as possible.

All beef orders over $250 ship for FREE.

We currently do not ship beef shares (Whole, Half or Quarter cows).

Important Notes:

• Holidays (especially Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s) and weather events may affect shipping schedules.
• No refunds are given if you are not home to accept delivery, or if your shipment is delayed due to weather in your area.
• We do our best to work with customers when delays occur due to issues outside our control (UPS mechanical failures, flight delays, etc.). However, in most cases, our family cannot cover both a full refund and a replacement order.

Pickup Policy

We have currently suspended pick up and delivery as an option at checkout. Please email kaitlyn@elkinscattleco.com if you have any questions.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is currently available close to the DFW area for all beef orders due to ECC order packing and fulfillment moving up to that area for the time being. For beef share customers, we are able to deliver farther beyond that area including: South Austin, Lampasas/Coopers Cove, and DFW since we have family willing to help in these areas.
