Beef cutlets are thinly sliced portions of lean beef, taken from the round (or hind of the animal) and tenderized for quick, even cooking. This is the traditional cut used for classic chicken fried steak.

Cooking Tips
For chicken fried steak: Dredge in seasoned flour, dip in egg wash, coat again in flour, and pan-fry in hot tallow or oil 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Cook hot and fast — avoid overcooking to keep them tender. Rest a few minutes before serving, then top with homemade cream gravy.
Also great for steak sandwiches or quick skillet meals when you need dinner on the table fast.

Our family ships out orders every Tuesday. The order cut off date for same week delivery is the Monday before noon CT.
We use UPS for all deliveries. Our beef is shipped using either 1 or 2 day shipping to ensure it stays frozen.
Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking once your box is scanned and gets on the first truck.

How do we ship your beef?
Every cut is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed with dry ice in an insulated box to ensure it arrives fresh. Our packaging is designed for long-term freezer storage and easy organization. Just pop it in the freezer when it arrives and thaw when you're ready to cook.
