Cooking Tips
For the best flavor and texture, cook the Cowboy Steak to medium-rare or medium to allow the marbling to fully render. Reverse searing is a great method for achieving an evenly cooked center with a flavorful crust β start low and slow, then finish over high heat or in a hot cast iron skillet.
If grilling, use a two-zone fire to help control flare-ups from the rich marbling. Let the steak rest for 5β10 minutes before slicing to keep it juicy and tender.

We use UPS for all deliveries. Our beef is shipped using either 1 or 2 day shipping to ensure it stays frozen.
Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking once your box is scanned and gets on the first truck.

How do we ship your beef?
Every cut is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed with dry ice in an insulated box to ensure it arrives fresh. Our packaging is designed for long-term freezer storage and easy organization. Just pop it in the freezer when it arrives and thaw when you're ready to cook.
