Cooking Tips

Flat iron steaks are best cooked medium-rare to medium. Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat to develop a flavorful crust while keeping the interior juicy.

Allow the steak to rest before slicing, then cut against the grain for the most tender bite. This cut also performs well with simple marinades or seasonings.

When will your order ship?

Our family ships out orders every Monday. The order cut off date for same week delivery is Sunday at noon CT.

We use UPS for all shipments. Our beef is shipped via overnight-2 day shipping with ample dry ice to ensure it stays frozen.

Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking once your box is scanned and gets on the first truck.

How do we ship your beef?

Every cut is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed with dry ice in an insulated box to ensure it arrives fresh. Our packaging is designed for long-term freezer storage and easy organization. Just pop it in the freezer when it arrives and thaw when you're ready to cook.
