Cooking Tips

Cook your steaks over high heat on the grill or in a cast-iron skillet, seasoning simply with salt and pepper. For the best results, cook to your preferred doneness: Rare (120–125Β°F), Medium-Rare (130–135Β°F), Medium (140–145Β°F), or Medium-Well (150–155Β°F). Finish with a pat of butter, then let the steak rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing against the grain and serving.

When will your order ship?

Our family ships out ordersΒ every Monday/Tuesday. The order cut off date for same week delivery isΒ the Sunday before midnight.

We use UPS for all deliveries. Our beef is shipped using either 1 or 2 day shipping to ensure it stays frozen.

Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking once your box is scanned and gets on the first truck.

Every order is packed with purposeβ€”by real people who care what you’re feeding your family.

How do we ship your beef?

Every cut is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed with dry ice in an insulated box to ensure it arrives fresh. Our packaging is designed for long-term freezer storage and easy organization. Just pop it in the freezer when it arrives and thaw when you're ready to cook.
