HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE

For Christmas delivery, please place your order by Monday, December 15th at noon (CT). We’ll be shipping orders on Monday, December 15th and Tuesday, December 16th to ensure arrival before Christmas.

🚫 No shipping the week of Christmas (Monday, December 22nd).

Our regular Monday shipping schedule will resume on December 29th.

    Most beef labeled "grass-fed" still ends with grain. Ours doesn’t. From birth to harvest, our cattle eat only native grasses—never grain or industrial feed. It’s beef the way nature intended.

  • DRY-AGED FOR MAXIMUM FLAVOR

    Every cut is dry-aged for a minimum of 15 days, naturally concentrating flavor and tenderness. That deep maroon color? It’s a sign of real, properly aged beef.

  • EXPERTLY BUTCHERED & HAND-PACKED

    Our beef consistently earns USDA Prime—the highest grade for marbling and tenderness—inspected and verified by the USDA at our local processor. Every cut is expertly hand-trimmed by skilled butchers right here in Texas.

When will your recipient get their gift box?

Our family ships out orders every Monday/Tuesday. The order cut off date for same week delivery is the Sunday before midnight.

If you'd like us to hold off on shipping your box until a certain date, please note so at checkout.

We use UPS for all deliveries. Our beef is shipped using either 1 or 2 day shipping to ensure it stays frozen.

Tracking: The email you use at check out will receive the tracking number once your box is packed.

When is the last day to order before Christmas?

Our family will not be shipping orders out the week of Christmas, so the last day to order in time is Monday, December 15th before noon CT.

If ordered after 12/15 cut off, your order will ship out on Monday, Dec 29th for Dec 30th or 31st arrival. Regular shipping will start back up on January 5th, 2026.

How do we ship your beef?

Every cut is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed with dry ice in an insulated box to ensure it arrives fresh. Our packaging is designed for long-term freezer storage and easy organization.

Every gift bundle includes a complimentary holiday card with your handwritten message from checkout.

What do our cattle practices look like?

Our cattle are grass-fed and grass-finished—never fed grain, hormones, antibiotics, or anything synthetic. They roam freely on Texas pasture and are rotated regularly to support soil health and regenerative grazing. We dry-age every cut for at least 15 days to naturally enhance flavor and tenderness. It’s clean, honest beef—raised with intention, start to finish, by our family.

What started as a way to feed our own family clean, trustworthy meat has grown into something bigger: helping others reclaim food freedom, one box at a time.
