Each cut is individually packaged and vacuum-sealed for ultimate freshness. Our thin ground beef packaging shape allows for a faster & easier thawing process.

Our family packages & delivers/ships orders out every other week on Monday/Tuesday. We ship for a max of two days with dry ice to ensure your beef is kept fresh.
