Our family packages & delivers/ships orders out every other week on Monday/Tuesday. We ship for a max of two days with dry ice to ensure your beef is kept fresh.
Please be aware that every cow is unique, which means that each cut of beef will vary in size and weight. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide you with cuts that are as close as possible to the promised weights.
