Liver is one of the most nutrient-dense foods available and has long been valued in traditional diets. While not everyone reaches for it as a main dish, it’s an incredibly versatile way to add nutrition in small amounts.
Many customers enjoy liver blended into ground beef, cooked and finely chopped into sauces, or added in small portions to soups and stews. It can also be lightly cooked and added to your dog’s food as a nutrient-rich topper.

Cooking Tips
Cooking Tips
Liver is best cooked quickly and simply. Slice evenly and season with salt and pepper, then pan-sear over medium-high heat just until the outside is browned and the inside is still tender.
Avoid overcooking, as liver can become tough. For a milder flavor, soak briefly in milk or lemon water before cooking. Use in small amounts to complement other dishes rather than overpower them.

Our family ships out orders every Tuesday. The order cut off date for same week delivery is the Monday before noon CT.
We use UPS for all deliveries. Our beef is shipped using either 1 or 2 day shipping to ensure it stays frozen.
Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking once your box is scanned and gets on the first truck.

How do we ship your beef?
Every cut is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed with dry ice in an insulated box to ensure it arrives fresh. Our packaging is designed for long-term freezer storage and easy organization. Just pop it in the freezer when it arrives and thaw when you're ready to cook.
