Cooking Tips

For the best eating experience, thaw completely and bring steaks to room temperature for 30–60 minutes before cooking. Season generously with salt and your favorite steak seasoning, then cook over high heat to your desired doneness. For thicker cuts like the cowboy and tomahawk ribeye, we recommend a reverse searβ€”slowly bringing the steak up to temperature before finishing over high heat for a perfect crust. Always rest steaks for 5–10 minutes before slicing to retain their natural juices.

When will your order ship?

Our family ships out ordersΒ every Monday/Tuesday. The order cut off date for same week delivery isΒ the Sunday before midnight.

We use UPS for all deliveries. Our beef is shipped using either 1 or 2 day shipping to ensure it stays frozen.

Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking once your box is scanned and gets on the first truck.

How do we ship your beef?

Every cut is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed with dry ice in an insulated box to ensure it arrives fresh. Our packaging is designed for long-term freezer storage and easy organization. Just pop it in the freezer when it arrives and thaw when you're ready to cook.
