What's Included:

  • Approximately 200-220 lbs of our USDA Prime, Dry-Aged Angus Beef.
  • Individually vacuum-sealed for freshness and convenience.
  • When you place your order, the process begins and takes about 3-4 weeks from start to finish. This includes 15-day dry aging.
  • A team member will be in contact with you with an estimated delivery date.

Cut Information:

Your beef will be cut according to our standard cut sheet (see below) with some flexibility for your preferences. Each animal varies slightly in size, so there may be minor differences in the exact cut quantities and/or weights.

Our cut sheet provides a well-rounded selection of beef cuts. For specific requests or customizations, please make a note at checkout, and our team will follow up to see what we can do. We're here to help!
