With our Whole Beef Share, you’ll receive approximately 450 lbs of premium grass-fed, grass-finished, dry-aged beef—customized to fit your family’s preferences and needs.
About half of your share will consist of premium cuts like steaks, roasts, brisket, braising cuts, and specialty cuts, while the remaining half will be ground beef. Scroll below to view a sample yield based on our typical whole beef cut sheet. Final cuts and quantities may vary depending on your selections and the animal processed.
Make a one-time, all-inclusive payment today, and we’ll begin reserving your harvest date right away. Most shares are ready for pickup or delivery approximately 3–4 weeks after harvest.
We recommend having 20 cubic feet of freezer space available for a Whole Beef Share.
Pick Up & Austin Delivery
We’ll pick up your beef from our processor and store it at our Lampasas ranch until your scheduled pickup or delivery. Beef shares are available to pick up from the ranch in Lampasas, TX.
We also hand-deliver whenever possible to Lampasas/Copperas Cove, South Austin, and Dallas. Outside those areas, reach out—we’re happy to coordinate meet-ups or delivery options when we can.
Shipping is not available for beef shares.
