Details

The Eye of Round Roast comes from the hindquarter and is one of the leanest, most uniform roasts on the animal. It’s a hardworking muscle, which gives it a firm texture and clean, beef-forward flavor. When cooked properly and sliced thin against the grain, it delivers a tender, satisfying bite.

It’s an excellent choice for roast beef sandwiches, meal prep, or a classic Sunday roast.

Cooking Tips

Because of its leanness, this cut shines with slow, controlled cooking.

Roast low and slow (225–275°F) until medium-rare
Use a meat thermometer and avoid overcooking
Let rest at least 15–20 minutes before slicing
Slice very thin against the grain for maximum tenderness

Our family ships out orders every Tuesday. The order cut off date for same week delivery is the Monday before noon CT.

We use UPS for all deliveries. Our beef is shipped using either 1 or 2 day shipping to ensure it stays frozen.

Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking once your box is scanned and gets on the first truck.

How do we ship your beef?

Every cut is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed with dry ice in an insulated box to ensure it arrives fresh. Our packaging is designed for long-term freezer storage and easy organization. Just pop it in the freezer when it arrives and thaw when you're ready to cook.
