Pure. Clean. Time-tested.
Our grass-fed cooking tallow is hand-rendered by our family in small batches using suet from our very own cattle. Nothing added, nothing taken away — just traditional, nutrient-rich cooking fat with rich flavor, a high smoke point, and everyday versatility.
Use it anywhere you would normally use vegetable oil, canola oil, or butter—only cleaner, more stable, and far more nourishing.

Storage & Usage
Storage & Usage
Store in a cool, dry place and keep sealed between uses.
Always use a clean, dry utensil when scooping to help prevent spoilage.
Tallow is naturally shelf-stable and can last 6–12 months or longer when stored properly. Refrigeration can extend freshness even further.
How to Use
Use tallow as a 1:1 replacement for seed oils, vegetable oils, or butter in your cooking.
Swap it in when frying, sautéing, roasting, or baking—anywhere you’d normally reach for processed oils. It performs better at high heat, won’t oxidize as easily, and adds a rich, traditional flavor to your food.
