These short ribs are cut from the rib plate, known for its generous marbling and deep beef flavor. We’ve trimmed and portioned them slightly smaller for a uniform, manageable size that fits comfortably in a Dutch oven and makes prep simpler and more efficient.

You get the same rich, slow-cooked flavor of traditional short ribs—just in a format that’s easier to handle and better suited for everyday cooking.

Cooking Tips

Short ribs shine with low-and-slow cooking methods. Braise gently in liquid in a Dutch oven, slow roast, or cook at low heat until the meat becomes tender and pulls easily from the bone.

Allow the ribs to rest briefly before serving. The braising liquid can be reduced into a rich sauce or gravy to finish the dish.

When will your order ship?

Our family ships out orders every Monday. The order cut off date for same week delivery is Sunday at noon CT.

We use UPS for all shipments. Our beef is shipped via overnight-2 day shipping with ample dry ice to ensure it stays frozen.

Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking once your box is scanned and gets on the first truck.

How do we ship your beef?

Every cut is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed with dry ice in an insulated box to ensure it arrives fresh. Our packaging is designed for long-term freezer storage and easy organization. Just pop it in the freezer when it arrives and thaw when you're ready to cook.
