Cooking Tips

Ribeye cap steaks perform best cooked medium-rare to medium. Pan-searing or reverse searing are excellent methods that allow the marbling to render while creating a deep, flavorful crust.

Allow the steak to rest briefly before serving to preserve juiciness and texture.

When will your order ship?

Our family ships out orders every Monday. The order cut off date for same week delivery is Sunday at noon CT.

We use UPS for all shipments. Our beef is shipped via overnight-2 day shipping with ample dry ice to ensure it stays frozen.

Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking once your box is scanned and gets on the first truck.

How do we ship your beef?

Every cut is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed with dry ice in an insulated box to ensure it arrives fresh. Our packaging is designed for long-term freezer storage and easy organization. Just pop it in the freezer when it arrives and thaw when you're ready to cook.
