Beef shanks are most popularly prepared as Osso Buco. Best with low-and-slow, moist cooking methods. Sear first to build flavor, then braise gently in liquid until the meat is fork-tender and easily pulls away from the bone.
Cook until the connective tissue fully breaks down—this is what creates the signature melt-in-your-mouth texture. Serve with the cooking liquid or reduce it into a rich sauce.

When will your order ship?
Our family ships out orders every Monday. The order cut off date for same week delivery is Sunday at noon CT.
We use UPS for all shipments. Our beef is shipped via overnight-2 day shipping with ample dry ice to ensure it stays frozen.
Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking once your box is scanned and gets on the first truck.

How do we ship your beef?
Every cut is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed with dry ice in an insulated box to ensure it arrives fresh. Our packaging is designed for long-term freezer storage and easy organization. Just pop it in the freezer when it arrives and thaw when you're ready to cook.
