Details

5 lbs of stew cubes and 5 lbs of kabob cubes, cut from the hindquarter and portioned into uniform pieces.

Stew cubes are cut smaller in 1" cubes for traditional low-and-slow applications. Kabob cubes are cut larger in 2" cubes for skewers, braises, and pressure-cooked dishes.

These cuts are best suited for slow-cooked preparations where time and moisture help develop tenderness and deep beef flavor. Not intended to be cooked like a traditional steak.

Shipping

Orders ship every Monday(next available Monday after purchase). Beef ships frozen, vacuum-sealed, and packed with ample dry ice. Tracking is sent via the email on your order when shipped.

When will your order ship?

Our family ships out orders every Monday/Tuesday. The order cut off date for same week delivery is the Sunday before midnight.

We use UPS for all deliveries. Our beef is shipped using either 1 or 2 day shipping to ensure it stays frozen.

Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking once your box is scanned and gets on the first truck.

How do we ship your beef?

Every cut is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed with dry ice in an insulated box to ensure it arrives fresh. Our packaging is designed for long-term freezer storage and easy organization. Just pop it in the freezer when it arrives and thaw when you're ready to cook.
